Jennifer and Mariah were available whenever I reached out. They are very knowledgeable and made the buying process incredibly easy. I had several ‘must haves’ regarding the property and Mariah kept searching until the perfect home was found. The initial consultation was very informative and agreed selling price set. Unfortunately, the house did not sell in a hot market the first week of listing. No problem...the team met and gathered information from the showings and in turn, shared the information so that the house will sell. Due to being a house built in the 70's was "dated". They initially came over to our home and offered some great suggestions on simple improvements that we could do ourselves before putting our house on the market. They also helped us find a furniture stager to make the presentation more attractive to buyers and they even took care of the snow shoveling since we were out of town during the showings. We were very surprised that offers started coming in within 3 days! We accepted one of the offers on the 4th day, and it was above the asking price. All of our friends and relatives thought it would be very difficult to sell a home in January in Wisconsin, but that turned out to not be the case. I was trying to sell my mothers home and was overwhelmed. Working a full time job, trying to clear out my mothers belongings. I had met with house flippers and other realtors who were all very nice. After listing at my price, we had showings but no solid interest. I reduced our price by 8% to Jennifer’s original price. We shortly had many showings and several offers.
