I can't thank Jennifer and Mariah from Hupke Team: Remax Forward enough! I was trying to sell my mothers home and was overwhelmed. Working a full time job, trying to clear out my mothers belongings.
I had met with house flippers and other realtors who were all very nice. But all were telling me that because of the condition it was in that I wouldn't be able to get much for it. But when I had my meeting with Jennifer and Mariah they walked in with very positive attitudes! They had done their homework on the area and had paperwork on the comps that had just sold near by.
These gals were Marvelous!
They sold my mothers house in a month in the month of Dec!!! And sold the house for more than what the others said I would be able to get. My parents house was beautiful and Unique ranch that they built in the 60's. But was in need of some up dating and paint. A diamond in the ruff.
I was feeling pretty defeated because I didn't have the funds to fix it up. But they reassured me that it was a great place and would be selling it in as is condition.
They had inspectors n repair companies that they worked with. And had the answers for any problem that arose.
You will not go wrong signing up with these ladies! The only thing they are missing are capes! For they a definitely my Super Hero's!

We negotiated a price to list our DuPlex with Jennifer higher than she suggested. After listing at my price, we had showings but no solid interest. I reduced our price by 8% to Jennifer’s original price. We shortly had many showings and several offers. We accepted a full price cash offer and closed 6 weeks later.
We had a minor radon issue in inspection and Jennifer arranged to have one of her contacts in that industry resolve it and for less than she had thought.
I’ve had 19 sales using a broker and she was the best.

They initially came over to our home and offered some great suggestions on simple improvements that we could do ourselves before putting our house on the market. They also helped us find a furniture stager to make the presentation more attractive to buyers and they even took care of the snow shoveling since we were out of town during the showings. We were very surprised that offers started coming in within 3 days! We accepted one of the offers on the 4th day, and it was above the asking price.
